She focusses not only on how to cultivate greater resilience through times of difficulty but helps people to connect with a deeper meaning and purpose behind their experiences which can lead to their positive growth and transformation. Jules lived in Asia for 11 years and integrates mindfulness practices as well as spiritual concepts that are shared by many eastern spiritual traditions such as in Buddhism.
