In the second episode of the Daddious Show, we are going to be talking about movement. Why you should be moving more, finding your own ways of moving and setting goals to keep yourself moving. There is so much to cover but something I want to get out of the way right away is that there is no right or wrong way to get moving more which is something I feel is deeply important.

I find that so often those I work with or people I have come across who would like to improve their lives through movement think that they have to commit hours every day or that they will never be able to find the time or the willpower to start moving and this is simply not true.

In this episode, I look at both the science behind movement but also how varied and customisable getting more active can be. . So much of what holds us back is just the way in which we perceive a situation we find ourselves in or even in the limited choices we think we have only because we don't have more data available that, if we did, would help us unlock ways of seeing our own movement journies is a whole new light which brings about, more often than not, incredibly positive changes in all areas of our lives.
