In this episode Michelle and Nadya have the pleasure of sitting down with Erin Herle. Erin is a beyond accomplished BJJ fighter currently training for her MMA debut in July. She is also an ardent advocate for mental health and has a non profit called #SubmitTheStigma dedicated to bringing awareness to this very serious and necessary subject, as well as dispelling all stereotypes and myths associated with the topic. Erin is incredibly raw and honest and carries zero ego as she talks about the realities of dedicating her life to combat sports. This was an incredibly fulfilling, educational and cathartic episode to record. We hope that she inspires in you all the same passion for following your dreams, battling your demons and full sending on living your best life despite external opinion and influence as she inspired in us.
