She was a rookie MP and a rookie cabinet minister when she arrived in 2019, within months she was in charge of buying everything Canada would need to survive the pandemic -- from masks to vaccines. She takes us inside the buying process and also inside what it might be like for Canadians who choose not to get vaccinated. And tells us that 80 percent of Canadians will be fully vaccinated by the end of July.
