In business we invariably have things that irritates us, sometimes quite a lot. If you dive deep enough, you may find that the same things that irritate us, also is actually costing your business a lot of money.
I call these Undesirable Outcomes.
These can be issues that seem to come up every so often, e.g. a delay in production, a service that takes us longer than we typically plan for, a break down of a machine, an employee who doesn't show up for work on time etc.
Identifying Undesirable Outcomes and then working on fixing these are often a great avenue to finding cash in your business.
