We're back with one of the most frequently asked questions in my community...how do I know what to work on when I finally find time to work?!? If you are ready to stop feeling overwhelmed and confused and start using your time and energy towards tasks that align with your goals and values, this episode is exactly what you need.
We dive into my simple, 4 question framework to prioritize your to do list called the "TRIM Your To Do List" method. TRIM stands for Time Sensitive, Required, Impact Driven, & Money Related. When you focus on tasks that fall into these 4 areas first, you'll start to see more progress and success because the tasks move the needle rather than just spin the wheel. (So many metaphors, so little time!)
