We stopped in the Holy City for a night and were able to link up with Pearsall Smith for dinner at Taco Boy, one of our favorite Lowcountry joints. We were joined in The Holston Valley by OG Andrew Gilbert and his lovely & charming girlfriend. A new format / casting game was revealed at the Tailer Park Casting Championships tour stop at The Fly Box, the newest fly shop serving the South Holston River. It was a smashing success. The Drake family stopped by on their way back to South Carolina in their new self-sustaining all-terrain overlander. Wilds produced the rig you would expect from the founder of Drake Boatworks. They joined us for dinner at Southern Craft BBQ, a must visit location if you’re in town to fish the SoHo. Ben details the four-wheeler time trials the boys enjoyed, racing around the property. Following a break, Ben shares how he acquired a channel marker while out with Marcus on the Nomad. Will shares a few stories from his show notes. He’s going to fit in just fine!
