On today's episode of the podcast, I'm talking about three things that equestrians MUST think about before starting a strength training program. You won't want to miss this episode because, if you miss these three things, you could very well end up with little to no results (as well as messing up your performance in the saddle).

I recommended a couple of different programs that you might want to consider:

Jeff Nippard: Jeff is very good about researching what works and what doesn't. His programs work well (I've done his upper/lower program and his fundamentals of hypertrophy program and have gotten great results from both) and they are a bit cheaper than the Mind Pump programs. https://jeffnippard.com/collections
