Elijah Blake discussed his new self-titled album Elijah., reaching his highest self, being independent and charting on Apple Music. He talked about his partnership with MNRK, God waking him up from his sleep to tell him it's his time, and how quitting his job at BlockBuster led him on the path to where he is today. He got into the important questions that Usher answered for him, writing Usher's hit song Climax and how that changed the landscape of R&B, and how the Drake Quentin Miller ghostwriting situation affected the R&B genre.
