This weeks episode features the always entertaining and very talented singer, songwriter, chef, story teller Seth Davis. Him and his partner have been the leading and longest lasting fully vegan restaurant in New Paltz NY called Karma Road. I've seen Seth perform his music on many occasions and I was really excited to get him in the studio to share his Life story and how he became a songwriter. I also invited my uncle Tim Verderosa to Join us. Him and Seth are friends and I felt that it would be great to have him in the studio and chime in with some stories and words of wisdom.
