The journey toward hope begins with honest self-reflection and confession, where acknowledging our feelings helps us understand our needs, desires, and ultimate longings. By embracing this honest approach with God and within our biblical community, we find the strength to confront despair and depression, anchored in the truth of God's steadfast love and the support of others.
