In July of 2009, San Antonio, Texas mother Otty Sanchez, used a knife and two swords to decapitate her one-month-old son, then chewed off three of his toes and ate parts of his brain and nose. Otty told police that she did not mean to kill her only child, but the devil had made her do it. So, does Otty Sanchez have a sinister mind made for killing or is she a woman that is mentally unwell and did not receive the treatment that she needed?
