The Prescott Valley Town Council voted to approve the Lakeshore650 project on August 8, 2024. The council voted on the pre-annexation, annexation, and zoning map change during the Town Council Meeting. Key components of the community will include commercial and employment opportunities, such as grocery stores, restaurants, medical offices, and more. The project will also provide diverse housing options aiming to house individuals at every stage of life and price point.
