There’s no shortage of difficult people in the world. You can find difficult people in the workplace, groups and organizations, in your relationships, and who knows... maybe you even live with a difficult person!

Learning how to deal with difficult people is a tool we need in our toolbox because it helps us to navigate these situations with more ease each and every time they come up.
