Here is an inspiring story about my friend, Alan Thomas. After reaching 304 pounds at the age of 55, Alan lost 129 pounds in 260 days and conquered his personal battle with obesity. And not only that but his wife Angie, lost 63 pounds in 190 days. Today, they help ordinary men and women lose the weight that is holding them back from living the extraordinary lives they were born to live. He knew something needed to change as he’d worked for years to lose weight and failed trying every diet out there. That’s when Alan began to rethink dieting.
