This week marks the launch of our new look format on Becoming More Human, we will interview a new guest each week which will drop on a Tuesday followed by a Kevin & Fran episode on Friday discussing the spiritual aspects of each week's interview. This week we have a real-life story from Ginny Gamble. As well as balancing a full-time job Ginny is a Mum of two girls and is solo parenting following the breakdown of her marriage. Through these huge changes in her life, in lockdown, she channeled her newfound passion for fitness to become a wellness coach helping an engaged community of women struggling with mental and physical health to use fitness and mindset work, to find their true powered self and path to becoming healthy, happy and confident!
