Ashley Nickerson has been a sales professional for Britton Homes for a little over 5 years. Her current community is The Tribute in The Colony which was voted “The People’s Choice” community. She has been in new construction sales since 2002. She grew up around the industry as her stepfather Talmadge Tinsley was a well known developer/custom homebuilder and was the first to introduce the modern style in the Dallas market and her mother was an interior designer. She acquired that same passion and loves nothing more than helping others design and build their dream homes, guiding them through the process, and watching their beautiful homes come to life. Even more, she treasures the relationships she has built along the way with her homebuyers and the realtor community. She has 2 four legged girls (Maltipoos) who are the loves of her life…Coco and Chanel. In her spare time, she loves anything fitness (She is a certified personal trainer) and traveling with family and friends. Animal print is her signature and the beach is her heaven.

Michelle Stewart was born and raised in San Diego, CA. She moved to DFW roughly 6 years ago to pursue her goals in the fast-growing DFW Real Estate market. Michelle has been selling homes since 2007 and is licensed in both CA and TX, where she current works as a Builder Sales Rep for Perry /Britton Homes. Michelle’s extended family includes 3 bothers, Mother and many nieces and nephews most all in San Diego. Growing up with brothers she considers herself somewhat of a tomboy and very competitive with thick skin, which she contributes to her sales success. Her favorite pastime is watching the NLF (Cowboys) and MLB (Padres) with her brothers on weekends or in person watching her nephew coaching football for the Texarkana Pleasant Grove Hawks High School Football Team.
