Born and raised in Minnesota, Dean has a genuine love for his state and its citizens. Dean was the first Democrat to win this congressional seat since 1958. An eternal optimist who also threw his hat in the ring by challenging president Biden in the 2024 presidential primary. He is a man of many layers.
