In this episode, Brian Curtis, Ph.D. speaks with Richard Lang. Richard was a student of Douglas Harding, the philosophical writer, teacher, and author of many books, including The Hierarchy of Heaven and Earth, and On Having No Head: Zen and the Rediscovery of the Obvious.
Richard has written several books about his experiences over 40 years helping others see who they really are and about how to live from this truth.
Brian and Richard discuss a wide range of topics, including how Richard became interested in questions about his true nature, his meeting Douglas Harding, the importance of being honest, and relying on our own experience and testing things out for ourselves when investigating this fundamental question of who we really are.
