In this episode I am sharing some intimate details about my life and my marriage that we had been navigating privately for the past 10+ years. In this conversation, I am joined by Wade Thorp, my husband and father of my children, partner, etc. of the past 13 years.

In this conversation we come together as not only partners but also as facilitators discussing what we’ve experienced in our relationship as we’ve navigated the big conversations of addiction, divorce, and ultimately we chose repair - and I'm so thankful that we did.

Wade Thorp:

He is a men’s coach that focuses on getting curious about the “why” behind behavior. Through his personal experience he learned that behavior is never singular, there is always a reason behind it.

He has been in the men’s work space since 2021. In that time it’s become glaringly clear that men are drowning in their own minds and need community. Understanding that, he created The Depth, an online community for men to dive deeper into relationship with other like minded men.

This community is a layer of support that moves them towards mental health, and grounds them in the knowing that they are not alone.

He holds a couple certifications in the men’s work and coaching space. That being said he heavily relies on my personal experience guide men from an embodied place.
