We all have those days...amiright?!

Sometimes we have "one of those days" more days than we'd like to admit, but how do we shift out of this?

In a toxic workplace, it can feel like we're stuck and stagnant, like we're moving through water trying to go through our day. Getting out can feel impossible. Maybe you're the money maker in the family and changing jobs just doesn't feel like an option or maybe you're a dual income kind of house hold and it would be a big change in your lifestyle if you quit. Or maybe you keep thinking "It just has to get better one day..." I've been there! I get it!

From the outside, it's easy for others to tell you "why don't you just get out of it?", but on the inside it really isn't that simple. Changing jobs or quitting is not as easy as it seems when you have others depending on you...heck, even if it's just you, you depend on you!

In this week's episode I go into how I shifted out of one of my bad days and you can too! One step at a time!
