Co-owner & operator of a family business growing kiwis and avocados, Liarna takes us on an exploration of the horticulture industry from production to distribution, employment to leadership. Along the way we talk about being the mother of three as well as the inner challenges we face with narratives of self-doubt, criticism & sabotage and how when we are willing to share our vulnerability with others ~ we can find true strength together.
