I'm also a former binge eater and sugar addict and spent close to 14 years in the self destructive cycle of yo yo dieting, over eating and starting over again every Monday. I broke free from the rules of calorie-counting, binge-eating, and soul-sucking diets and now arm others, like yourself, to do the same!

The mission of Soul Fed Woman® is simple - to empower women over 40 to have a normal relationship with food & there body and radically transform and improve their relationship with themselves in the process.
