The defendant says she was making payments every month, but she alleges the credit company stopped accepting her payments. She’s countersuing for emotional distress.

The plaintiff says she put down a deposit to rent an apartment from the defendant, but she changed her mind the very next day. She wants her money back, so she’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff signed the contract, and the deposit isn’t refundable.

The plaintiff says he dropped off his expensive suit and shirt at the defendant’s dry cleaner, but his items were gone when he went back. He’s suing for the lost clothing. The defendant says the plaintiff did pick his items and then came back to try to scam her.
