First, the plaintiff says she rented an apartment from the defendant, but he forced her out and wouldn’t renew her lease. Not only that, but he kept her security deposit, so she’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff tried to stiff him on the last month’s rent, so he kept the deposit.

Then, the plaintiff says she and the defendant both had their dogs at a local park when the defendant’s dog attacked the plaintiff’s. The plaintiff is suing the defendant for vet bills and training sessions. The defendant claims his dog has never attacked anyone or any other canine.
