'Messy Messi Tattoo' & 'A TikTok Problem'

First, the plaintiff says he went to the defendant’s shop for a tattoo of soccer star Lionel Messi, but the result was a mess and became infected. He’s suing for the amount it will cost to have it removed. The defendant says the plaintiff and the artist drank tequila together, so the tattoo wasn’t great. He offered to fix it himself, but the plaintiff chose to sue.

Then, the plaintiff says the defendant is her neighbor, and the defendant’s dog attacked her dog while they were filming a TikTok video. She’s suing the defendant for what she’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff’s dog was off-leash and therefore she’s not responsible for what happened.
