The defendant says she’ll offer new tiles, but she won’t pay to have them reinstalled, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant says the plaintiff should have noticed the colors didn’t match.

The plaintiff says the defendant towed his truck after an accident, but he grossly overcharged him. He’s suing for his money back. The defendant says he already gave the plaintiff a huge break on his bill by not charging storage.

The plaintiff says he gave the defendant a good faith deposit on a home he wanted to purchase, but then the bank bailed on the loan. The unsympathetic defendant won’t return the money, so he’s suing him. The defendant says the plaintiff’s loan was denied, and deposits aren’t refundable.
