It's easy to feel like life is a never-ending game that you just can't seem to win. Comparison as a 20-something year old is common but that doesn't mean it is a good thing. In this episode I talk about how the competitiveness and comparison that is built in to school is setting the wrong expectations for young people. I discuss what parents can do to help and how being selective about the people I hang out with has helped me tune in to what I actually want.
