He has 30 years' infrastructure and economics consultancy experience, and the good fortune to travel to many parts of the world helping clients develop and deliver key infrastructure.
This has ranged from large scale port developments in the Middle East, to P3 toll road developments in Texas and economic regeneration grant funding applications in the UK.
Stephen explains how he has only successfully applied for one advertised job in his 30 career, yet he has worked for 6 different companies.
Stephen's moves have come about from reaching out from his network and companies that he felt he might be a good fit when no active role existed.
He has been able to create his own job opportunities simply by having conversations with relevant businesses and demonstrating his value.
