JC brings a very interesting triple layer perspective to our discussion.
JC is a real top level operator, she shares her experience as a senior hiring manager, all the different methods she uses and when she is prepared to create a role for the right individual.
She also shares her career story and she admits that even with her experience, the task of being an active job seeker was very tough.
Finally JC explains how her business Lee Hecht Harrison works with clients to manage their redundancy programmes. LHH helps 30,000 people a year make career transitions, in a job market that has changed so much over the last 10 years.
