A wise person has understanding of their way and the effect yielding to things has upon them, so doesn’t do certain things. The fool does what he wants and what feels good at the time without any regard for the negative impact it has upon them, including their emotions, mind, future etc. A wise person doesn’t let things into their life that are not good for them.
