John Schneider is in his 15th season as general manager of the Seattle Seahawks, and this year he added VP of Football Operations to his title after the departure of legendary head coach Pete Carroll.

Schneider has had some good strategic offseasons, some admittedly bad ones, but also many GREAT ones.
