She had $70K in her everyday account but still tried to barter! Everyone may be talking about the economic crisis, but not everyone is affected by the economic crisis. Your clients can afford to come to the Salon and pay full price for their service… and buy a product or two before they leave. And if they're not, it’s because you’re not marketing your value! Have you stopped buying fresh flowers for reception? Moved from shelves full with products to only a handful for clients to buy? Are you complaining with your client about how expensive everything is right now? All of these changes (although they may seem small) are eating away at your value. Instead of communicating that you’re a Salon that people can come to relax and feel pampered… you’re telling people that you’re struggling too. For clients to prioritise and value you and your Salon, you need to move to a Marketing Mindset… I am very excited to be sharing with you this chat that I had with Milly, a Salon Owner who’s marketing mindset took her $15K Salon to $60K, 6 months after she bought it!
