In this episode I spoke with Ali Brown, High performance coach at Leander boat club (one of the top performing UK rowing teams).We discussed his journey into rowing by first developing smaller teams and learning how to expand them into larger and higher performance programs. We then moved on to his thoughts on initiatives to update and modernise rowing and how that could make the sport more exciting in the future.
