How they work alongside them to understand their needs and which job seekers may be a good fit for their business plus ongoing support to ensure longevity of the relationship. The the job seekers themselves - the support they get, looking at their employment or study pathways, CV's and cover letters, the interview, advocacy with employers, work trials, interpreters etc
