This week I am honored to be joined by Clarisce Tolston - PHR AIRS Tolston - Head of TA at HealthTrackRx the nations leading PCR-based infectious disease laboratory.
Clarisce leads the talent strategy as well as DEI initiatives. She has been in recruiting since 2008 and spent 5 years contracting for large companies like Microsoft, Direct TV, and Lexus.
I am excited to discuss her story and hear her thoughts on DEI in recruiting and discuss where we still need to improve.
