Born and raised in Mountain Home, Morgan returned to the Twin Lakes area in 2018 to raise her daughter and be closer to her family. She graduated from Mountain Home High School in 2001 and the University of Arkansas in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. After 15 years of relocating across the country for work, she settled in the Denver area. In 2017, Morgan made a pivotal career shift to real estate, eventually obtaining her broker license in 2023 and founding her own firm in February 2024.

Morgan is not only dedicated to her professional success but also enjoys a rich personal life with her husband, Eldon, their three children, Caitlyn (Brandon), Corbin (Bailey), Mackenzie, and two grandchildren, Jacob and Emery. In their free time, they enjoy lake activities, playing golf, spending time at the family farm, and refurbishing vintage vehicles, including a 1928 Model A and a 1988 Chevrolet 1500.
