Through this experience, he gained valuable knowledge about leadership and human psychology. To safeguard himself from the uncertainties of the aviation industry, Satch decided to enter the real estate market in 2018. He started his own real estate business, recognizing the potential for passive income and stability. Unfortunately, in 2020, Satch was furloughed from his airline job due to the global pandemic. However, he didn't let this setback discourage him.
