Our guest today is Kyle Turner. Kyle grew up in Kentucky but has been in Wichita for about 13 years. He is a tax partner at an accounting firm which primarily works with real estate investors. He is also a part owner at Midwest Property Advisors, where he advises investors and offers cost segregation analysis and bookkeeping services. His wife also works in an HOA, so together they are deeply entrenched in the world of real estate investing, and have a wealth of knowledge to offer our listeners. And guess what?
