Margaret Reed played Dr. Serova in the seventh season of "Star Trek: The Next Generation" episode, "Force of Nature," playing an alien scientist who believes warp travel is doing more harm than good. Today, this veteran performer and advocate takes a look at her career from where it began to the place it is now.

Margaret tells us about working on TNG, the makeup, a day where things went awry, and her take on this character whose outcome didn't need to be as tragic as it was.
