Having been in the fitness industry for many years and a previous gym owner, Paige Johnston took the plunge to open a new gym focusing on training and recovery in Currumbin. The fitness industry is an extremely competitive one but with a fresh outlook and a team of fitness professionals behind her, this was a calculated risk and one that is already starting to pay off.
Move HQ is a space for people of all genders, bodies, backgrounds, beliefs and ability levels to enter our space to build a comfortable and life-enhancing relationship with movement and their bodies.
Paige, a wife and mother of two beautiful children, could be forgiven for just going with the flow, but that is not her at all. She manages to squeeze more into a single day than most people can and wouldn't have it any other way. Sure, her time management might suffer a little but that's a small price to pay.
Matt sits with Paige and discusses what convinced her that opening "another" gym was a good idea and how she manages to juggle what would seem on the outside an impossible life with almost no headaches.
