On this week's episode, Monica Aksamit chats with TJ Høegh who is a therapist with 800k followers on Tik Tok. They talk about what Modern Dating now looks like these days, and Monica tells us about some personal experiences. TJ breaks down the different attachment styles and what that truly means. Most importantly he tells us how to deal with people with each attachment style. They then discuss ghosting, and Monica once again gives us some of her personal experiences with ghosting. TJ explains the reasoning behind why it happens which hopefully helps people feel less rejected.
