On My Mind

Love has been on my mind this month, perhaps because of Valentine's Day, perhaps because it's something that affects and alludes us all at some point in our lives. In this episode I take a closer look at why people might find themselves in unhealthy relationships and how the way we were raised as children can have a direct impact in defining what we call love - our template of love that is.
