303: Sunset V-oulevard?

This has been an ongoing problem in Cardfight Vanguard: why do we have 3 formats? Why do those formats always trip over each other? Well, with the community once again talking about getting rid of or "sunsetting" V-Premium format- where only cards with the "V" icon in the bottom left corner of the card are legal (aka imaginary gifts with no G zone or overtriggers), we're taking another look at that idea.

Also Root Beer's playing Dear Days and we're slightly distracted by that.
