Lauren reached out to me back in November and I'm so glad she did. She mentioned she was the Vice Chair of Brite Winter Festival and I was intrigued. I had gone to the festival earlier that year and it was the most unique music festival I had ever been to, so to be able to chat with someone that is involved in the planning was an opportunity I just could not pass up. We got together at Limelight Coworking and had a great conversation about her career, what inspires her, female friendship and mentorship. Enjoy the episode!
