And we do so with a pair of stories that saw two football stars on opposite ends of the true crime coin. In episode 124, we take a look at the story of Rae Carruth, a once-promising wide receiver for the Carolina Panthers who masterminded a heinous crime and was forced to live with the consequences. From there, we explore the tragic end of legendary Tennessee Titans and Baltimore Ravens quarterback Steve McNair.

BUT FIRST!!! This Week in Murder takes a look at an accidental African shooting that the FBI believes was more sinister than it initially seemed. We also explore a story of a bad roommate and an even worse refreshing beverage.

And, as always, we end with a rousing game of Who Died The Worst!
