Vamos começar a falar sobre a "podridão deliciosa", pra dar começo ao fim na nossa guerra contra as bactérias. Existem muitos e muitos tipos de bactérias boas e nós vamos explorar o método principal de cultivo dessas, que nós - seres humanos - praticamos à milhares de anos: a fermentação.

Nesse episódio abordo a fermentação em si e os alimentos fermentados, mas também chamei a @nutrilorella pra falar sobre a microbiota e a importância de uma flora intestinal bem habitada haha.
