I personally believe, too many of us spend way too much time attempting to better our weaknesses, causing us to loose time doing things we really do not have a passion for.

I have found, the more I focus on the areas I am most skilled & strong, the less I am worried about what I am not so skilled at. I can hire someone, or partner with others who are strong in my areas of weakness.
