This adventure takes place primarily in the Pine Barrens of New Jersey. It involves Dale Trever and Lilah McCormick, long lost childhood sweethearts, who've gotten back together with one another after nearly 20 years. Both seem keen on resuming their childhood romance. The investigators are hired to help facilitate this reunion but things become quickly complicated. Lilah's precise location isn't known, only that she resides in the Pines somewhere west of a village called Atsion. The girl's father does not approve of such a reunion and keeps her a literal prisoner on his property. Dark event's, which Dale is currently unaware of, lie in the couples past.
