In this episode of LAA: On Leadership, we talk with Senator Pam Beidle, who is a Maryland State Senator and, previously, was a State Delegate and County Council member. She is also a Flagship 1996 graduate. Pam shares insight about how her experience with LAA taught her lessons about how to lead, ultimately inspiring her to run for office.
